United States & India Share Strategic Alliance; Marco Rubio Tells S Jaishankar

NEW DELHI, MAY 24, 2026 [VoM News]: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has described India and the United States as strategic partners whose cooperation extends far beyond regional interests.

Marco Rubio highlighted the close cooperation and growing depth of bilateral ties during talks with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar in New Delhi.

He said that due to its strategic significance, the India-US relationship differs from Washington’s ties with many other nations.
