𝗔𝗗𝗚𝗣 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗥𝗣 23𝗿𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗧𝗖 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮, 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝘄𝗮𝗺𝗮, 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗾𝗿,

Srinagar, 28 May 2025:- Shri Anand Jain, IPS, ADGP Armed J&K, accompanied by Shri Junaid Mehmood, IPS, visited IRP 23rd Battalion at CTC Lethpora, Pulwama, to review its functioning.

The ADGP conducted a detailed inspection of the battalion’s infrastructure, including administrative blocks, barracks, mess, MT fleet, stores, and overall premises. He was received with a ceremonial Guard of Honour.

A special Darbar was held where personnel raised service-related issues, and on-the-spot directions were given for redressal. Emphasizing hygiene, the ADGP directed regular cleanliness drives and medical check-ups for all personnel.

He urged officers to stay vigilant ahead of the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2025 and stressed adopting the e-Office system to enhance efficiency and reduce paper usage.

The ADGP also inaugurated a new cluster of stores/warehouse during the visit.

Senior officers present included Shri Bakir Samoon, IPS, Commandant IRP 23rd Bn, Shri Tanveer Jeelani, SSP Principal CTC, and Shri Munir Ahmad, SSP APCR Kashmir, among others.
