8BitDo Launches the Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller for Windows PC and Android Across Europe
Fully Upgraded for Next-Level Performance, the Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller Brings High-End Features to PC and Mobile Devices
Karlstad, Sweden – April 30, 2025 – Game Outlet Europe®, an independent distributor of video games and gaming accessories and part of Embracer Freemode®, today announced the shipping of the 8BitDo® Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller across Europe.
Redesigned and fully upgraded for true next-level performance, the Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller adds a series of state-of-the-art new features, making the best even better.
Compatible with Windows® PC and Android® devices, the Ultimate 2 Wireless Controller uses the exclusive 8BitDo ‘8Speed’ Wireless Technology, delivering an exceptionally stable 2.4G connection with ultra-low latency under 1ms. Engineered for rock-solid reliability, the 8Speed Technology features strong anti-interference and a 10m range with virtually no lag. When used with Android devices, the controller switches to Bluetooth®, once again providing a strong, solid signal for lag free use.
Advanced wireless technology is of little use if the controller is lacking, but 8BitDo fans have little to fear here, as the new gamepad is stacked with advanced features designed to deliver premium performance, whatever your game. Utilising TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) Joysticks, the latest technology offers higher sensitivity, greater precision, and enhanced durability, all the while consuming less power than other joystick technologies, ideal for wireless controllers. Surrounding the joysticks, the RGB Fire Ring provides interactive, fully adjustable lighting, featuring multiple light modes to choose from.
