
Tragic Car-Truck Collision Claims Lives of 7 Family Members in Assam’s Dibrugarh, Confirms Police
A tragic accident occurred in Assam’s Dibrugarh, where at least seven members of a family lost their lives.
The accident involved a head-on collision between a Toyota Innova, in which the family was traveling, and a truck with a Haryana number plate.
The collision caused severe damage to both vehicles, with images from the scene showing the front of the truck significantly dented, and the car crushed.
The victims of the accident were residents of Guwahati, and the injured individuals were rushed to Assam Medical College Hospital in Dibrugarh for medical treatment.
Local residents have noted that the area has a history of accidents, often attributed to overspeeding.
This heartbreaking incident highlights the importance of adhering to road safety regulations and the need for caution while driving to prevent such tragic accidents.
