Elderly Man Attacked by Bear in South Kashmir
In the Larnoo area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, an elderly gentleman fell victim to a wild bear attack on Friday, resulting in injuries. Gull Mohd Dangroo, aged 60, son of Ab Aziz Dangroo and resident of Lessu Larnoo, was the unfortunate victim.
He suffered injuries to his face, neck, and arm during the encounter. After receiving initial treatment at PHC Larnoo, he was referred to GMC Anantnag for further medical attention.
Following the incident, locals are urging the wildlife department to take necessary action.
