Reports suggest that the upcoming iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max could feature even slimmer bezels than their predecessors, thanks to Apple’s Border Reduction Structure (BRS) technology. This innovation aims to reduce the size of the bottom bezel, enhancing the screen-to-body ratio and providing users with a more immersive viewing experience. However, the production of displays utilizing this technology has proven challenging for Apple’s suppliers.

To address this issue, Apple is reportedly collaborating with three suppliers for the iPhone 16 series. BOE (Jingdongfang) and LG Display are expected to provide displays for specific models, while Samsung Display is anticipated to produce screens for all variants in the lineup.

While details regarding the standard models of the iPhone 16 series are currently scarce, it’s speculated that they may also undergo design refinements, such as a refreshed rear camera module with a new vertical layout. Leaked images of purported dummy units further support these claims, showcasing the redesigned camera island and the introduction of new buttons, including the ‘capture’ button, expected to debut with the iPhone 16 series.

As anticipation builds for the release of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, consumers eagerly await further updates on their specifications, availability, and pricing, poised to experience Apple’s latest advancements in smartphone technology.
