Indian race walker Suraj Panwar achieved the qualification mark for the Paris 2024 Olympics in the men’s 20km race walk at the Indian Open Race Walking Competition 2024 in Chandigarh. The 23-year-old athlete clocked an impressive time of 1:19:43, securing a silver medal and meeting the Olympic qualification standard set at 1:20:10.

Suraj Panwar becomes the fourth Indian athlete to meet the entry standard for the Paris 2024 Olympics in the men’s 20km race walk. National Record Holder Akshdeep Singh’s Feat
