Microsoft Unveils English to Kashmiri Translation Capability
Microsoft has broadened its language support by incorporating Kashmiri into Microsoft Translator, expanding the range of supported Indian languages to 20. This enhancement enables users to access translation services across various platforms, including the Microsoft Translator app, Edge browser, Office 365, Bing Translator, and Azure AI Translator API, which is employed by companies like Jio Haptik and Koo.
With the inclusion of Kashmiri, Azure AI Translator now empowers users to seamlessly translate content between the recently added language and more than 135 other languages. This functionality facilitates translation for applications, websites, workflows, and tools. Microsoft highlights the versatility of this language support, emphasizing that businesses can leverage it for translating e-content, e-commerce product catalogues, product documentation, and internal communications.
