    Vistara airlines announced that two flights bound for Hyderabad from Bengaluru and Mumbai respectively had to return to their departure cities due to adverse weather conditions at Hyderabad airport.

    The first flight, UK837 from Mumbai to Hyderabad, was compelled to return to Mumbai due to the unfavorable weather situation at Hyderabad airport.

    In a statement posted on X, Vistara informed, “Flight UK873 from Mumbai to Hyderabad (BOM-HYD) has returned to Mumbai (BOM) due to bad weather at Hyderabad airport and is expected to arrive in Mumbai at 0915 hours.”

    Similarly, the second flight, UK897 from Bangalore to Hyderabad, faced similar weather-related issues and was diverted back to Bangalore.

    According to the airline’s update on X, “Flight UK897 from Bangalore to Hyderabad (BLR-HYD) has returned to Bangalore (BLR) due to bad weather at Hyderabad airport and is expected to arrive in Bangalore at 0940 hours.”

    Further information about the situation is anticipated as updates are awaited from the airline regarding the flights affected by the weather conditions in Hyderabad.
