Culvert Damage Due to Heavy Rains

The incident occurred at the Rajal Top area in Nowshera, where a temporary culvert on the highway was washed away during a bout of heavy rainfall late on Thursday night. As a consequence of this, a significant number of vehicles found themselves stranded on the highway from the following morning.
