In an unexpected turn of events at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Africa Region Qualifier, Uganda achieved a remarkable victory over Zimbabwe, a Test-playing nation. Dinesh Nakrani was particularly effective, claiming three wickets. During the chase, Uganda overcame initial challenges, successfully reaching their target in the final over. Key contributions came from Riazat Ali Shah and Alpesh Ramjani, both of whom scored half-centuries, playing pivotal roles in Uganda’s successful run chase.
