Jammu Kashmir General Administration Department have ordered the transfers and postings of two JKAS officials.

As per order, a copy of which is also available to VoM, states that Joginder Singh Rai JKAS, who is awaiting orders of adjustment in General Administration Department, and is transferred and posted as Special Secretary with Deputy Chief Minister, Jammu Kashmir.

Whereas, Abdul Khabir JKAS, who was earlier as Special assistant with Deputy Chief Minister Jammu Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary to the Govt, Tribal Affairs Department.
