RCs of vehicles, Driving License suspended for violation of MV Act
JAMMU, JUNE 27: Regional Transport Officer Jammu today suspended Registration Certificates of two vehicles and a driving license for violation of MV Act.
“Registration certificates bearing no. JK02CD4592 & JK02CU0673 and a Driving License bearing No. JK02 20180006018 were suspended after a video surfaced on the internet where the driver of the vehicles was seen performing a stunt and violating the Rules of M.V. Act 1989” the RTO said.
In the video that went viral on the internet, the driver was seen driving the motorcycle without wearing head gears besides driving a motor car with open door on the road.
The swift response to this incident serves as a reminder to all drivers about the importance of adhering to traffic regulations and the severe consequences of violating them.
