Appeals regarding acceptance or rejection of nomination papers can be lodged until January 3, with decisions anticipated by January 10. Subsequently, the updated list of candidates will be released on January 11, with a withdrawal deadline set for January 12.

Symbol allocation is scheduled for January 13, while the general elections are slated for February 8. Furthermore, the ECP has extended the application submission period for foreign observers interested in monitoring the elections.

The window for applications has been prolonged from December 31 to January 20.
