
No Major Weather Change in JK Till Feb 25, MeT
The Meteorological Department has issued a weather forecast for Jammu and Kashmir, predicting a mix of cloudy conditions and light precipitation over the next ten days.
According to an official from the MeT department in Srinagar, no significant weather activity is expected until February 18. From February 16 to 18, the region will experience partly to generally cloudy skies, with a slight chance of very light rain or snow in isolated higher reaches.
A change in weather is expected on February 19 and 20, with generally cloudy skies and light rain or snow anticipated at scattered locations, particularly from late night on February 19 to the afternoon of February 20.

Between February 21 and 23, partly cloudy conditions are likely to persist, followed by another spell of partly to generally cloudy weather on February 24 and 25, bringing light rain or snow at isolated to scattered places across J&K.
The official advised tourists, travelers, and transporters to follow administrative and traffic advisories for safety.
