Last Date Extended For JKSSB Health & Medical Education Department Recruitment 2025

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a fresh notice concerning the recruitment drive for various UT, divisional, and district cadre posts under the Health and Medical Education Department. These vacancies were earlier advertised through Notification No. 07 of 2025, dated 29 July 2025.

The original closing date for submitting online applications was 3 September 2025. Following numerous representations from aspirants requesting more time, the Board has officially pushed back the deadline.

JKSSB Health & Medical Education Department Recruitment 2025 – Extension Reason

According to JKSSB, several applicants had sought an extension to complete the application process. Taking these requests into account, the Board decided to grant additional time, ensuring that all eligible candidates get a fair opportunity to participate in the recruitment exercise.

As the aspirants through social media also requested the board to extend the date for online submission due to heavy rainfall, blockages, damaged to structure and disruption in fibre network connectivity. The aspirants can fill their forms till last date, and should submit before the last date to avoid any rush on jkssb’s official website.
