JK: Transfer and posting of officials

Government Order No.823-JK(GAD) of 2024
Dated:13.03.2024
In the interest of administration, the following transfers
and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

1. Mr. Pawan Kumar, JKAS, Additional District
   Development Commissioner, Rajouri, holding
   additional charge of Regional Director, Survey and
   Land Records (ex-officio Settlement Officer), Rajouri,
   is transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the
   Government, Labour and Employment Department.
2. Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, JKAS, Special Secretary to the
   Government, Labour and Employment Department, is
   transferred and posted as Additional District
   Development Commissioner, Rajouri. He shall also
   hold the charge of the post of Regional Director,
   Survey and Land Records (ex-officio Settlemernt
   Officer), Rajouri, in addition to his own duties, till
   further orders.
3. Mr. Basharat Hussain, JKAS, Programme Officer, ICDS
   Project, Kathua, is transferred and posted as
   Programme Offcer, ICDS Project, Rajouri.
