    Bhawana Kesar, the daughter of a humble tailor, has achieved a remarkable feat by becoming the first woman from Nowshera, Rajouri district, to clear the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Judicial) examination.

Hailing from a middle-class family, her father runs a small tailor shop in Naushahra Bazaar, while her mother manages the household.     Living in close proximity to the Line of Control (LoC), Bhawana recognizes the unique challenges faced by individuals in her native district. However, she refuses to let these obstacles deter her or others from pursuing their dreams.
