Jk Police Offers Rs 10 Lakh Reward for Information on Recent Attacks
The Jammu and Kashmir Police has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for any credible information related to the recent targeted attacks carried out by militants in the valley, resulting in the unfortunate deaths of a police officer and a non-local laborer.
In a public announcement, the police have offered a reward of Rs 10 lakh for each piece of credible information pertaining to the series of terrorist attacks that occurred over three consecutive days, starting on October 30.

The first incident took place on October 29 when Police Inspector Masroor Ali Wani was severely wounded by a lone terrorist while he was engaged in a game of cricket at the Eidgah playground.
The following day, in the Trumchi Nowpora area of Pulwama, a non-local laborer named Mukesh Kumar was tragically shot dead.A day later, Head Constable Ghulam Mohammad met a similar fate when he was fatally shot outside his residence in the Wailoo Kralpora area of Baramulla.
The police have urged individuals with information regarding the assailants, their associates, helpers, or anyone harboring them to come forward. They can share this information with any police officer they trust, including SSP Baramulla, SSP Srinagar, or SSP Pulwama.Additionally, information can also be emailed directly to J-K DGP R R Swain at rswainips@jkpolice.Gov.In.
The police have assured that the identities of those providing credible information will be kept entirely confidential, and informers will receive legal and security protection as deemed necessary.
