As per the official order issued by Director School Education Jammu, Ashok Sharma, this directive applies to all Chief Education Officers in the Jammu Division. The directive emphasizes the NCPCR’s focus on upholding the universality and inviolability of child rights, specifically targeting the protection of children aged between 0 and 18 years.The order highlights the pivotal role played by a secure and safe environment in facilitating effective teaching and learning.
