J-k Viksit Bharat Sanklap Yatra- Constitution Of Steering Committee
Government Order No.1374-JK (GAD) of 2023

In continuation of Government Order No. 1365-JK(GAD) of2023 dated 09.11.2023, it is hereby ordered that the terms of reference(ToR) of the Steering Committee shall be as under:
To assist the Union territory Level Committee, constituted in terms of Government Order No. 1349-JK(GAD) of 2023 dated
07.11.2023 in over seeing preparations for the Yatra.
Media Interaction with DDC Doda: Commitment to Collaboration and Fair Reporting
To supervise the arrangements required for smooth conduct ofevents.
To ensure coordination between various Departments/Agencies involved in making preparations for the Yatra.
To monitor the day to day programmes held under the Yatra across the Union territory.
To guide the District & Sub District Level Committees in conducting day to day events/programmes under the Yatra.
It is further ordered that a representative of Housing & Urban Development Department, not below the rank of Additional Secretary shall also be a Member of the Screening Committee.
