In a heartwarming meeting, the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) Chairman, Sreedhara Somanath, paid a visit to Indian chess sensation, Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa, at his residence in Chennai. The visit, which took place on a Monday, was marked by a gesture of encouragement and goodwill.

During his visit, the ISRO Chief presented Praggnanandhaa with a replica miniature of the GSLV rocket, symbolizing India’s achievements in space exploration and innovation. What we have achieved on the moon, he has done it on land. He will also be working with us in promoting space.”
Following Chairman Somanath’s visit, Praggnanandhaa expressed his pride at the Chairman’s visit and the honor of being invited to Sriharikota, the space launch center, where rockets are launched. The young chess talent expressed his admiration for ISRO’s remarkable achievements.
