Indore Teacher Stripped and Thrashed for Alleged Molestation of Minor Student.
In a shocking incident that unfolded in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, a private coaching institute teacher found himself at the center of a horrifying episode. The ordeal began when allegations of molestation against a minor student studying at the institute came to light, leading to a swift and disturbing act of retribution by a group of individuals. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community and raised critical questions about justice and vigilantism.
Allegations of Inappropriate Behavior Surface
The incident transpired within the jurisdiction of the Tukoganj police station on a fateful Wednesday morning. According to authorities, the victim of this distressing incident is a minor girl diligently preparing for the NEET examination at the coaching institute. The accused teacher, identified as Vivek, allegedly summoned her to a café and subjected her to inappropriate advances. Adding to the trauma, another teacher named Shailendra reportedly threatened the young girl, intensifying the ordeal she had to endure.
Legal Action Unfolds
Upon receiving the young victim’s complaint, the law enforcement authorities swiftly swung into action. A case has been registered against both accused teachers under IPC section 354, which pertains to the assault or criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty, and the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) act. This immediate legal response underscores the commitment of the authorities to ensuring justice and safeguarding the rights of the vulnerable.
Questionable Vigilantism and Its Consequences
While the alleged actions of the accused teachers are indeed reprehensible and merit legal consequences, the response from the group of individuals who took matters into their own hands raises concerns. Stripping the accused teacher Shailendra naked and physically assaulting him before handing him over to the police is a disturbing act of vigilantism. Law enforcement authorities have indicated that those involved in this retaliatory act will also face consequences for their actions, highlighting the importance of upholding the rule of law and due process.
