How To Apply Online

Candidates wishing to apply the posts, needs to visit the official website of Industrial Development Bank of India and click on the
“CAREERS/CURRENT OPENINGS” to open the link “Recruitment of Executives – Operations
and Sales (ESO)” and then click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new
screen. “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name,
Contact details and email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be
generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down
the Provisional Registration Number (the same should be quoted for all future
communications) and Password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration
number and Password will also be sent. Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the
online application themselves as no rectification will be possible/ entertained after
clicking the COMPLETE REGISTRATION BUTTON.

Educational Qualification Age Criteria, Application Fee

Educational Qualification sould be a Bachelor degree in any stream having computer based knowledge/IT related works.

Age Criteria: The minimum age limit is 20 years and maximum age limit is 25 years.

Application Fee: Only online mode of payment would be accepted.
Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates ( Only Intimation Charges)
 Rs.1050/- for all other candidates (Application Fees and Intimation
Charge

Selection Procedure

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification
(DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).

Remuneration Details

The ESOs will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as under:
Consolidated remuneration:
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year
Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year
