All the aspirants/candidates are informed, as the 159 infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) is organizing a recruitment rally from November 08 to Nov 20, at Dugga, Bharla, Bhaderwah. Candidates are informed to complete the documents setup.

On November 09, 2024 candidates from Chenani, Basantgarh &Ramnagar Tehsil
for Dist Udhampur are called, whereas on November 10, 11 & 12, candidates Katra, Reasi, Pouni, Bhomag and Chassana Tehsil only for Dist Reasi, & Arnas, Thuroo, Thakrakote and Mahore Tehsil only for Distt Reasi. & Kishtwar, Atholi (Paddar), Chattroo, Marwah & Warwan Tehsil only for Dist Kishtwar respectively.

Candidates from Dachhan, Drabshalla, Nagseni, Bonjwah, Machail& Mughal MaidanTehsil only for Dist Kishtwar will arrive on Nov 13, whereas the candidates from Banihal, Ramban, Khari and Rajgarh Tehsil only for Dist Ramban & Batote, Gool, Pogal Paristan & Ramsoo Tehsil only for Dist Ramban Doda, Bhaderwah, Gundana, Bhalla, Thathri and Bhella Tehsil only for Dist Doda, & Kastigarh, Assar, Mohalla, Gandoh, Phagsoo and Chilli Pingal Tehsil only for Dist Doda to arrive on Nov 14, 15, 16 and 17 respectively.

Selection Procedure

Selection Procedure

Physical Fitness Test. Physical fitness test of 1 Mile Run, Pull Ups, Zigzag Balance &9 feet ditch will be
conducted.

Medical Inspection: Should be medically fit. Shortlisted candidates shall undergo medical inspection.

Written Examination. Candidates who qualify in the physical and medical examination will undergo written
examination, the Question Paper of which would be bilingual (English & Hindi).

Trade Test: Trade test will be conducted for all tradesmen & clerks
Screening/ Aptitude Test.

Screening/ Aptitude Test will be conducted separately for Solder General Duty.
