Bharti Hexacom Debuts on Stock Market
Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, is set to enter the stock market on April 3, initiating the first IPO of the fiscal year 2024-25.
Offering Structure
The IPO, exclusively an offer-for-sale (OFS) segment, sees Telecommunications Consultants India selling a 15% stake, aiming to offload 7.5 crore equity shares.
Company Performance and Outlook
Bharti Hexacom, operating in Rajasthan and the Northeast, has seen growth, with an improved average revenue per user (ARPU) of ₹195. Despite revenue growth to ₹3,420 crore, profits declined to ₹69 crore in the six months ending September 2023.
