The Housing & Urban Development Department has taken action by ordering a thorough investigation into allegations against three retired Enforcement Officers of the Jammu Municipal Corporation, one of whom is no longer alive.As per the official directive, the investigation has been initiated regarding Kamini Kumar, Mohinder Kumar, and the deceased Satish Khajuria.

Parvinder Kour, the Secretary of JMC, has been designated as the Inquiry Officer responsible for conducting a comprehensive inquiry into the accusations made against this trio.Simultaneously, another order has been issued to initiate an investigation into allegations against Ghulam Mohammad Dar, who formerly held the position of Deputy General Manager in Housing Unit-II, Srinagar, and is currently attached to the office of the Commissioner of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation.

To oversee this inquiry, Kafeel Ahmad Ferozi, the Incharge Chief Architect of the J&K Architects Organization, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer. Ferozi is tasked with submitting the inquiry report to the Department within a 15-day timeframe.
