Sh. Abdul Qayoom-JKPS takes over as the Sr. Superintendent of Police (SSP) in Kishtwar, receiving a warm welcome from senior police officers at the District Police Headquarters. The transition ceremony included a guard of honour presented in his honor. The outgoing SSP, Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS, handed over the baton in a brief but impressive function.
