“Mid-sized cities across America’s heartland are becoming the best places for single parents to live, offering better overall value than big coastal cities. While major cities might offer higher salaries, cities like Overland Park provide affordable childcare, safe neighborhoods, and housing that doesn’t break the bank. These family-friendly cities are succeeding by creating specific policies to help single-parent families thrive..”
