Exchange of Fire Reported Between Militants and Security Forces in Sopore, Operation Underway
An Exchange of Fire has been reported between militants and security forces in Watergam area of North Kashmir’s Sopore on Saturday.
A top police officer told that there was an exchange of fire between militants and security this afternoon in Watergam.
More reinforcement has been rushed to the spot and the operation is still under progress, the officer said.
There was no confirmation as of now about any casualties in the exchange of fire, more clarity regarding operation will be shared later on, the officer added.(GNS)
