The acquisition of Tippett Studio, known for its work on iconic films like Jurassic Park and Star Wars, was highlighted as a major milestone. This acquisition, made below intrinsic value, is expected to boost revenues by 20-25% in FY24-25, with industry veteran Phil Tippett joining PhantomFX.
Looking ahead, Phantom Digital Effects aims to expand into animation and gaming sectors, focusing on growth in American and European markets. The company is also prioritizing AI collaboration for efficiency and innovation, seeking partnerships with industry leaders and startups, and exploring new revenue streams such as IP licensing and original content creation. With strategically located global offices, Phantom Digital Effects is well-positioned for future growth and innovation.
