NDRF Deploys Teams on Sagar Island for Gangasagar Mela Safety

In preparation for the safety of devotees at the Gangasagar Mela, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) has deployed five teams on Sagar Island. The NDRF personnel are equipped with life-saving gear for search and rescue operations. The teams, consisting of 200 personnel, include women members. The deployment aims to ensure the security and well-being of the large number of devotees gathered for the religious event. Drone cameras are also being utilized for security and surveillance in the area.
