A resident of Honzar Dachhan, Noor Hussain, sustained injuries when he encountered a black bear in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. According to Kashmir Scroll, the incident occurred while Hussain was tending to his livestock near his home.

Following the attack, he was promptly transported to the Dacchann Primary Health Center for immediate medical attention.

Hospital sources have reported that the victim, Noor Hussain, remains in critical condition.
