
Four Injured as Xylo Carrying Dead Body Skids Off Road Near Sinthan Top
Anantnag, Aug. 19: Four people have been injured after a Xylo vehicle carrying a dead body met with an accident near Sinthan Top in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday, officials said.
As per news agency GNS, the incident took place at 2-3 kilometres below the Sinthan Top falls under PS Larnoo.
The vehicle bears registration No. JK03G-7299 was proceeding from SKIMS Soura toward Kishtwar with a dead body when driver allegedly lost the control of the vehicle. It further skided off the road leaving four of the five occupants injured.
After the accident, Larnoo Police, together with Ambulance reached the site immediately began a rescue operation. Injured evacuated from the spot and shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
Officials stated that condition of the injured was awaited.
