
Texmaco Rail and Engineering Limited Announces Strategic Leadership Changes
New Delhi, 26th March 2025: Texmaco Rail and Engineering Limited (TEXRAIL), a leading name in the rail and engineering sector, is pleased to announce key leadership changes aimed at enhancing its financial and compliance capabilities.
In a Board meeting held today, the following changes were approved, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee:
Re-designation of Mr. Kishor Kumar Rajgaria as Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
Effective 1st April 2025, Mr. Kishor Kumar Rajgaria will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer. A pivotal contributor to Texmaco’s financial operations, Mr. Rajgaria previously served as Joint CFO and Company Secretary. With over 20 years of experience in business planning, taxation, internal audit, and secretarial functions, Mr. Rajgaria has been instrumental in driving the company’s financial strategy and governance.
Appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sultania as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer:
Also effective 1st April 2025, Mr. Sandeep Kumar Sultania will take over as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. With an impressive career spanning 27 years, Mr. Sultania brings vast expertise in strategic finance, compliance, and auditing. His leadership roles in prominent listed companies such as Manaksia, SREI, and Emami, along with his credentials as a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost & Management Accountant, make him a significant addition to the Texmaco leadership team.
Mr. Indrajit Mookerjee, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd, emphasised, “These leadership changes mark an exciting phase for Texmaco Rail & Engineering.
