Tata Consumer Products Ltd is set to discuss fundraising through debt issues in its upcoming board meeting scheduled for January 19, 2024.
The company aims to consider proposals for fund raising via commercial papers, debentures, and equity issues through Rights Issue or other suitable modes, subject to necessary approvals.
This announcement follows Tata Consumer’s recent move to acquire up to 100% of the issued equity share capital of Organic India, expanding its product portfolio in the ‘better for you’ organic segment.
