Massive Fire Breaks Out at Factory in West Delhi’s Uttam Nagar

A major fire broke out at a factory in Uttam Nagar in West Delhi, triggering a rapid response from emergency services as firefighters rushed to contain the blaze.

According to preliminary information, thick black smoke billowed from the industrial area, attracting the attention of nearby residents and passers-by. Multiple fire tenders were dispatched to the site by the Delhi Fire Service, which launched firefighting operations to control the flames and prevent the fire from spreading to neighbouring buildings.

Officials said firefighters worked intensively to bring the blaze under control after alarms were raised by locals. Their swift response helped reduce the risk to surrounding structures and workers in the vicinity.

Authorities said the cause of the fire has not yet been determined. At present, there are no confirmed reports of injuries or fatalities, though teams are continuing to assess the situation and inspect the affected factory premises.
