Stray Dog Attack Injures Five in Handwara’s Main Chowk; Victims Safely Undergoing Treatment
A group of stray dogs attacked and injured at least five individuals in the main Chowk Handwara on Sunday afternoon. the incident occurred as the pack of dogs targeted people in the market area, resulting in injuries for five victims. The wounded individuals were promptly transported to District Hospital Handwara for medical attention.
According to medical officials at DH Handwara, the injured individuals, namely Habibullah (son of Abdul Aziz from Jaggerpora), Zahoor Ahmad (son of Ali Mohammad from Handwara), Yasir Ahmad (son of Mohammad Shafi from Handwara), Ghulam Mohammad (son of Abdul Rashid from Sagipora), and Mushtaq Ahmad (son of Abdul Rashid from Chotipora), are currently receiving treatment at the hospital. Fortunately, all of them are reported to be out of danger. The medical staff is actively working towards their recovery.
