In a heart-wrenching incident, two minor sisters, aged four and seven years, were discovered lifeless with their throats slit in Bahadurpur village under the Balrai police station area of Uttar Pradesh. The horrifying incident, which occurred on Sunday, has left the community in shock, and authorities suspect the involvement of someone close to the family in this tragic murder.
Horrific Discovery Unfolds
Senior Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar confirmed that the victims were identified as Surbhi, aged 7, and Roshni, aged 4, both daughters of Jaiveer Singh. Their lifeless bodies were found in separate rooms of their family home in the evening. At the time of the incident, Jaiveer, his wife, and their elder children were not present at home.
Authorities Launch Investigation
As of now, the family has not been able to identify any potential suspects, and the investigation is still in its early stages. Preliminary findings suggest that someone familiar with the family may have committed this gruesome act, taking advantage of the absence of the parents and elder siblings.
The bodies of the young victims have been sent for post-mortem examination as part of the ongoing investigation into this tragic and deeply distressing incident.
