Noted tipster Ice Universe recently suggested that the Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra might come in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants. In contrast, the standard Galaxy S24 model could be limited to 8GB of RAM, with no 16GB RAM option in the series.

Geekbench Listings and Configurations

The Galaxy S24 Ultra was spotted on Geekbench with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and 12GB RAM. Its expected configurations include 12GB RAM + 256GB and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage options. An Exynos 2400 SoC, paired with 8GB RAM, was noted in a Korean variant of the base Galaxy S24 on Geekbench.

For context, the Galaxy S23 series offers a range of configurations, with the vanilla Galaxy S23 available in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB options. The Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra models offer higher storage options, up to 1TB for the Ultra variant.

Recent FCC listings indicated that the Galaxy S24 series will support 5G and NFC. The Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra are expected to include UWB (Ultra-Wideband) support. The Galaxy S24+ model, listed with model number SM-S926U, is rumored to support 25W wired charging.
