An important news came into being from district centre, where a skill development centre namely, “S_S Info Tech Skill Development Centre” has been inaugurated by worthy Deputy commissioner Doda alongwith other dignitaries.

This centre will focus on the skill development in Doda, where courses will be enlisted, after which diplomas, certificates shall be issued to candidates. Important thing, here in this testimony is, candidates can avail also job placement in reputed companies as major companies are also tie up with the centre.

As last details came in, courses like CCTV technician, Solar Panel Technician, courses on journalism, farming and several other courses will be organized, a list of which will arrive soon.

This initiative was taken by Naeem ul haq wani (mediaperson at Chenab Times) and Taseer Akhtar, are the managing directors of the skill Institute. This institute is located in Nagri area of Doda.

This can be a golden opportunity and a viable platform for the aspirants to express and
utilise their skills. This institute will serve a head centre in Doda and the establishment of subscentres will take place too.
