Order Expected Today in ED Complaint Against Arvind Kejriwal
The Rouse Avenue Court will decide today on the Enforcement Directorate’s complaint against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not complying with summons in the Delhi liquor policy money laundering case.
The ED filed a fresh complaint on Saturday after Kejriwal skipped the summons for the fifth time.
The court noted that the ED’s submissions are complete, and the order will be passed today at 4 pm.
The case is related to irregularities in the Delhi excise policy, and the ED wants to record Kejriwal’s statement on issues such as policy formulation, meetings, and bribery allegations.
