Motorola has entered into a new arena of book-styled foldable Razor Fold which was revealed at Lenovo Tech World during CES 2026 in Barcelona.

Motorola is the first book-styled foldable officially launched in Europe and United Kingdom on April 11. Motorola is having an advantage over the top competitors like Honors and Oppo whose book-style foldable remains unavailable outside China.

The Razor Fold features a 6.6-inch LTPO pOLED cover display with a 2520 x 1080 resolution with adaptive refreshness rate of up to 165 Hz.

The inner display measures 8.1 inches with a 2484 x 2232 resolution at a steady 120 Hz.

The Razr Fold runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

AI features like Catch Me Up and Next Move, and classic Motorola gestures. (PhoneArena) On software support, Motorola is promising three OS upgrades and four years of security patches.

The triple rear camera system consists of three 50-megapixel sensors: a Sony LYTIA 828 main sensor with OIS, an ultrawide/macro combo, and a 3x periscope telephoto capable of up to 100x AI-assisted zoom. It supports 8K video, Dolby Vision, and AI-enhanced low-light and color performance. The Razr Fold packs a 6,000mAh cell, dwarfing the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7’s 4,400mAh battery, a massive battery in a razor-thin body.

The Razr Fold carries an IP49 rating — going beyond the IPX8 standard seen on most foldables to offer resistance against not just water, but dust and sand as well.

In the Eurozone, the Razr Fold is priced at €1,999, while UK buyers are looking at £1,799.99. (Basic Tutorials Germany) However, early buyers are getting a significant sweetener. Motorola has slashed £250/€250 off the price until May 3, bringing it down to £1,579/€1,498 — and every discounted purchase includes a smartwatch, premium earbuds, and the Moto Pen Ultra stylus.
