Man Rescued After Eight-Hour Ordeal in Well in JK’s Baramula
Bashir Ahmad, a 45-year-old father of six from Karhama Kunzer, was successfully rescued after being trapped for eight hours in a 35-foot-deep well located in the Tangmarg area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The incident occurred when Bashir Ahmad fell into the well in the Dhobiwan locality around 11 pm while attempting to clean it.
A concerted effort involving the SDRF, J&K Police, and dedicated locals ultimately led to his rescue.
Following the intense eight-hour rescue operation, Bashir Ahmad was swiftly taken to a nearby medical facility for essential treatment.
