The highly anticipated launch of Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series, expected to be among the initial major flagship releases next year, promises several AI advancements.

Recent leaks suggest that the trio—Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra—will incorporate various AI-driven functionalities, aiming to rival the latest Google Pixel 8 series.

According to tipster Ahmed Qwaider (@AhmedQwaider888) on X, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is poised to introduce on-device AI technology enabling real-time translations during calls.

Furthermore, the top-tier Ultra model may feature an AI-powered circle search function, automating searches for circled words. Another reported addition is a voice recorder capable of recognizing and distinguishing up to ten distinct voices, facilitating conversation translation and meeting summaries.

Moreover, reports indicate that the Galaxy S24 series will offer on-device AI-driven real-time translations for 14 languages during audio calls.

Interestingly, these devices might provide enhanced translation capabilities across 35 languages without relying on third-party applications.

Samsung is anticipated to unveil the Galaxy S24 lineup—comprising the S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra—on January 17 next year.

Leaks suggest that both the S24+ and S24 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC coupled with 12GB of RAM, while the S24 may utilize an Exynos 2400 chipset.

Additionally, the S24 Ultra might boast a Titanium frame, while the other models may sport an aluminium armour frame.

Highlighted as Samsung’s inaugural Generative AI phone, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to introduce innovative AI capabilities.

Reportedly, the company has filed trademark applications for ‘AI Phone’ and ‘AI Smartphone.’

The phone is also speculated to incorporate new EV battery technology for enhanced battery life, showcasing Samsung’s commitment to AI-powered innovations.
