In a picturesque setting at Kongdoori Phase 1, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs and Youth Affairs & Sports, Nisith Pramanik, added a vibrant touch to the ongoing 4th edition of Khelo India Winter Games by flagging off the women’s mountain ski event.
