On Wednesday, tragedy struck as one individual hailing from Jammu and Kashmir met a watery fate in the serene surroundings of Arambol, North Goa. Meanwhile, his sibling remains missing in the waters, with ongoing efforts by local authorities to locate him, as reported by the police.

The unfortunate incident unfolded during their morning leisure on a coastal vacation in this idyllic state. Two brothers, Amandeep Bhau and Abhishek, both in their twenties, ventured into the renowned sweet water lake at Arambol for a refreshing swim. Regrettably, it was during this excursion that calamity befell them.
A senior official from the fire and emergency services department shared, “Amandeep’s lifeless body was successfully retrieved from the water. However, the search continues earnestly to locate his missing sibling.” These two young vacationers, originally hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, had embarked on their Goa getaway, only to find themselves caught in this tragic turn of events.
