
Jammu and Kashmir Police Apprehend Two Impersonating Officers
Two individuals hailing from North Kashmir’s Baramulla district, who had masqueraded as police officers, were apprehended in Jammu on a Tuesday.
According to information obtained by the news agency KS, these two impostors were taken into custody at a Jammu hotel after the hotel owner filed a complaint.
The individuals in question have been identified as Kaisar Jeelani and Mohammad Tanveer, both originating from North Kashmir.
Reliable sources also pointed out that both individuals had prior encounters with law enforcement due to their involvement in illicit activities within the Kashmir division.
In the meantime, a police officer confirmed that a case has been registered, and a comprehensive investigation is currently underway.
