India’s Best Police Station Recognition for Teliamura in Tripura
Teliamura police station in Tripura’s Khowai district has been awarded the best police station in the state for 2023.
Acknowledged for its exceptional contributions to maintaining the rule of law and conducting anti-narcotics campaigns, the station was recognized as the most advanced among all police stations in the state.
Under the leadership of the outgoing Officer-in-Charge, Deputy Superintendent of Police Subrata Chakraborty, Teliamura police station has excelled in anti-drug operations and crime suppression.
Chakraborty, currently serving in the SB branch, expressed satisfaction in receiving this recognition as he approaches retirement in February.
