India Women’s Cricket Squad Announced for Upcoming Australia Series

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the line-up for India’s women’s team for the upcoming white-ball series against Australia. Harmanpreet Kaur will captain the side for both ODIs and T20Is, with Smriti Mandhana serving as the deputy. Following a 2-1 T20I series loss against England, the team achieved a historic feat by clinching consecutive Test victories against England and Australia.

The series against Australia commences with three ODIs scheduled for December 28, December 30, and January 2 at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. Subsequently, the three T20I matches will take place in Navi Mumbai on January 5, 7, and 9.
